By using yogakendrabharat.com and purchasing our courses, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Course access is granted to a single user and may not be shared.

2. Purchases & access

Courses are sold individually (course-wise, not a subscription). On successful payment via Razorpay you receive access to that course’s lessons and materials. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.

3. Intellectual property

All videos, text, and materials are the property of Yoga Kendra Bharat and are protected by copyright. You may view them for your personal learning only. Downloading, copying, re-recording, redistributing, or publicly sharing our content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Health disclaimer

Yoga involves physical activity. Our courses are educational and not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any practice, especially if you have an injury, are pregnant, or have a medical condition. You practise at your own risk, and Yoga Kendra Bharat is not liable for any injury arising from use of the courses.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass content protection, share account credentials, or disrupt the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including content piracy, without refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
