Yoga Kendra Bharat (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website yogakendrabharat.com and the online yoga courses offered on it. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

Account details — name, email address, and password when you register.
Order & payment details — billing name, email, and course purchased. Card/UPI details are entered directly on Razorpay’s secure gateway; we never see or store your full card number.
Learning activity — courses enrolled, lessons viewed, and completion progress.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to keep you logged in and to run the site.

2. How we use your information

To create your account and give you access to purchased courses.
To process payments and issue enrolment confirmations, receipts, and certificates.
To respond to your support queries.
To improve our courses and website.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the platform work — our payment processor (Razorpay) and our hosting/email providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. We use HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your data.
