Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your practice. This policy explains when refunds apply to course purchases on yogakendrabharat.com.

1. Digital course access

Our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access (including video lessons and materials) is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once significant course content has been accessed.

2. 7-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. Refund requests outside this window or beyond this progress cannot be honoured.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@yogakendrabharat.com from your registered email address with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed back to your original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but enrolment did not activate, contact us and we will refund the duplicate/failed charge in full.

5. Cancellations

As courses are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is nothing to cancel after enrolment. You retain access to purchased courses per the course terms.
